My recent stay at Arkaden surpassed all my expectations. Upon arrival, the hotel's staff went above and beyond in accommodating my elderly parents, ensuring their comfort and ease throughout our stay. The provision of ironing facilities in the room was a thoughtful touch, allowing us to freshen up our clothes effortlessly. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation, and the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and utensils, allowed us to prepare meals just like at home. The convenience of having a washing machine and dryer on the floor made our stay extremely comfortable and convenient. It was a delight to find that the room featured a cozy sitting area, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. The parquet floor added a touch of elegance to the room, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtime. The hotel's proximity to a variety of restaurants, such as Sticks & Stones and Sushi Yama, offered diverse dining options within walking distance.
